Guidelines

The ICKKS 2026 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the congress and presenters are required to register for the conference separately. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

The Deadline of abstract submission is February 12(Thu), 2026 (Korean Standard Time).
Abstract Submission is available only through the official website.
Please submit your abstract for oral and e-poster presentation following submission guidelines on the official website.

Abstract Submission Instruction

1. Prepare Abstract(s)

- Abstract MUST be written in English.

- Authors’ information including correct email addresses are required.

- All required fields must be completely filled with correct information.

- Submitters are responsible for all errors on the abstract.

- Abstract should consist of Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion.

- Each abstract should be less than 500 words.

- Figures and Tables are available to upload maximum 3 files with JPG, JPEG and TIFF format.

2. Log on to the official website, 

3. Click the Abstract-Submission

- When you register, please use the same account with submitting abstract.

4. Complete the author information and abstract detail.

5. Submit your abstract after reviewing it.

- You can review, modify or update your abstract(s) at the Call for Abstract Review until February 9(Mon), 2026

You can review, modify or update your abstracts at My Page.

Confirmation of Abstract Submission

An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to abstract(s) submitter, first author by e-mail upon completion of e-submission. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgements and carefully review the submitted abstract(s), noting that in some cases during the submission process, characters become illegible. If you do not receive an Abstract Submission Confirmation e-mail in 5 days, please contact the Secretariat via email, ickks2026@gmail.com.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance

Abstract results will be notified by e-mail in March 11 (Thu), 2026 and will include details of the presentation (type, time, session, location, etc.).

Abstract Withdrawal

- If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by April 5 (Sun.), 2026, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
- If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (ickks2026@gmail.com) in writing as soon as possible.

 

The ICKKS 2026 Secretariat will use personal information gathered during abstract submission process only for contact purposes to notify abstract acceptance.
